On time, every time.

Very thorough. Alan found things we hadn't seen. He was very polite and friendly. I feel I made a good decision changing companies. Also our previous company didn't spray for bees. However, with a pool and dogs it wasn't ideal. We did eventually find out the previous company sprayed at a rather expensive price. Our other company would just call the day before with no notice (just 1 day). Bug Express's process is to notify and schedule at your convenience. The chemicals seemed like actual chemicals that were getting the job done. Again I am confident switching company's was ideal.

I've used Bug Express for years. They are friendly, prompt and very professional! I'd give them 10 stars if that was possible!

We have been using Bug Express for about a year and a half since we moved to San Angelo from Austin. Dalton has always been our tech and we request him each quarter. Dalton is very knowledgeable regarding any questions or request we have. He is extremely polite and has a spectacular disposition. I only wish I posessed a fraction of the same redeeming qualities. Our service provider… Dalton! Is incredibly informative and makes sure that we know everything that he is doing. I have had about 40 years of pest control experience, and I would say that Dalton is about the best provider that we have ever had. I would recommend the service to anyone. and if I happen to see more critters in the area, they have worked… in a week or two later, they have come back out without question.

My house showed signs of termites and my yard was overtaken with bugs from years of neglect in this area. Dalton, at Bugs Express, came over and inspected my home and began treatment for these termites. I am very pleased with the method he uses. Dalton also has been treating my yard. It is so nice to have my house and yard bug free. Dalton answers all of my questions about the safety of the products; I have pets, and I appreciate his expertise in this area. Dalton is very polite -- and I ask for him to come to my home each time, and Bug Express always sends him. This company is the best!

Your attention to the details of what our expectations are for bug elimination around our home was exactly what we like. 2ndly)Thank you Bug Express for the termite treatment earlier this month...that was a crazy experience for us and even though it seemed like they would never go away those pesky critters we do believe are gone now.

Alfonzo did a wonderful job taking care of my home. He arrived early and helped me prep for the clean out. He was super polite and informative and went above and beyond for the service. I definitely will recommend Bug Express to anyone looking for pest control.
